Great in XL for 10 and a half USA size
I bodyboard. Got large but had to return because the footbed was simply too small. I'm a 10.5 usa size. Luckily tried an XL with some 2.5mm neoprene booties. Most comfortable set-up I have found and this is after trying many different fins and sock combos. Though I don't have very wide feet I do like space in the toe area so often get wide type shoes. Plenty of space, so much that I wouldn't use them without the booties. With the booties I wasn't even worried about them slipping off and indeed they did not. 3-4ft (face height.)Just back from a glorious hour and a half catching waves and could have kept going for two more. They seem to have good thrust as I was catching waves with ease. The rubber is soft in the footbed and the ankle strap but the blade is stiffer. I will buy again as being comfortable out there really makes it fun.

Great fins
Just got out of the water and thought these fins deserved a review. I’ve bodysurfed for decades and worn a lot of fins and these are, by far, the best I’ve had. They have plenty of blade area and solid ridges down the sides to give you good, quick thrust. They are light and compact, so you can travel with them––I took them in my carry-on to Spain and got great waves. But the absolute best thing about them is the foot pocket––it’s got good coverage on your foot, top and bottom. The rubber is soft enough to have no chafing, but you never get that excess flex when kicking. I have had the lips of big waves hit me at the ankles when I was diving under and these fins stay on. Do that in my Duck Feet UDTs and at least one fin would be hanging by the ankle strap––which I don’t need to mess with any more because these fins stay on. Do they float? I think so, but never had the occasion to find out because they stay on. I wear US 11 DD shoes and the large fits perfect, but the foot pocket design would work as well with a little more room, or less.Just well designed fins.

Float as Advertised, Comfortable, Look Really Cool!
Needed to replace a pair of Churchill’s that served me well for more than 30 years, but they were heavy, didn’t float and required that I wear water socks and ankle straps so I wouldn’t lose them. I was mostly drawn to the floating feature of the DORSALS, and as advertised, they do indeed float. That doesn’t mean you won’t lose them in rough surf, it just makes it more likely they’ll make it to shore for recovery. As for performance, they are stiff as required for those 3-4 kicks to launch into the wave, are easy to get on and off in the water, and for the most part fit comfortably on the feet without a lot of pain on your toes and tops of your feet. Plus, they look really cool! Overall, I am quite pleased and highly recommend them.

Best Ever Fins Runs Small
The fins feel great, but the sizing info is wrong. For me and my wide #11 foot, the sizes on the Phantom Size Chart were spot on, and the official sizes where off. I bought large, they were too tight to even go in the water. I ordered the xl fins, which came in 2 days rather than 7 -- nice shipping y'all -- and they are the best I've had so far. Better than Churchill Makapus, duckfeet, dafin, and vipers, at least for comfort. We'll have to give it a couple years to see how they last, but I'm going to try rinsing them off w/ fresh water every time. What makes them so good is the foot pockets are really soft rubber (like the og green churchills) and the fin body is medium (like makapus or dafin), and the outside rails and tips are extra stiff like duckfeet.

High quality and good value. Size is as expected
I’ve had several pairs of fins throughout my life, and I believe these are high quality for an extremely competitive price. Good thrust power, not awkward shape or weird cut of fins, rubber is strong but supple. I wear Size 10.5 with neoprene booties and the L size for 10-11 works well. I wear a fin tether too. If your looking for fins for bodyboarding or swimming look no further.

Replaces a classic
I've been surfing a cherished pair of Redlines for 29 years (yeah, I know) and found these. They fit the budget, the necessary stats (natural rubber and floating), and my feet! Seriously comfortable! I would recommend finding tethers (the foot may release from the heal strap during a more vigorous pump)

Super Comfortable
Great fins that are super comfortable and give just the right amount of power. Mainly using them for kneeboard surfing and occasional pool time. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase.
