Does not work - is NOT plug and play and no software disc included
This item claims to be plug and play. My Windows 10 computer with all the latest updates cannot even see it when it is plugged in. The instructions in the box talk about installing software from a disc but no disc was included. Unless someone can get this up and running today I am asking for a full refund.

Do not buy- Scam
It doesn't work. Doesn't have installation drive. I bought it for $12 and now they have increased the price to $99. It's a shame to take advantage of the COVID-19 pandemic

Software disc missing. Wasnt in the box.
The camera itself works great. I am only giving 3 stars because the software disc did not come in the box. I had to search the internet to find an app to install it. MAJOR FAIL.
