These bags are better than the bag you get in your startup kit from DD! They are thicker and have silver material inside, not flimsy foil plastic! The walls are sturdy and do not cave in when you are placing food orders inside. The zipper is Smooth and stitched well on both ends. I am very pleased with these bags! Very pleased!

I ordered two of these bags to replace my original Doordash bags. This product is as shown and as described so I'm happy with it. It's new now so it feels stiff, but with usage, I'm sure it will become more pliable and fold in half more easily. I recommend this product and would purchase again should I need more bags.

These sturdy cooler/hot bags are perfect for deliveries. They hold a full paper grocery bag and are slightly taller than the ones DoorDash sells. Also, the handles are just the right length, unlike ones I had purchased previously.

I've purchased these a couple times now so I can confidently say that they are worth the price. I do a couple delivery app services full time so my bags get a lot of usage. They lasted a year before I had to replace them. Not because it's bad quality but the wear and tear on the bags is rough when you're constantly moving orders in and out of them. The insulation material starts to break down at the top of the bags but for me, that's still a lot of mileage and because it's a business expense, it's a write off anyways.I do wish these had pockets on the outside though. There used to be a company that sold bags like these but they're not on here anymore and they had pockets so I kinda miss that feature. Other than that, for the price and quality, I'd recommend them to anyone doing delivery work or even if you just need something for your groceries. They keep things hot if they're hot and cold if they're cold. Especially in the hot summer heat or cold weather of winter.

Nice size. Folds and fits well in the trunk of my car. Works great for short trips. I don't think they would work well for long storage. The insulation is on the thin side.

Used bag for 5 seconds. First time zipping it, the zipper came right off. Now it’s useless and they want me to return this garbage to get a replacement or a refund

On the first day I used them one of the bags zipper heads fell off. The other bag is okay till now. That’s why I did 4⭐️

I wanted these to take our food left in the refrigerator to the cottage so that the food doesn't spoil when we are away (if we left it at home). I have used them once and they are ok. I wasn't expecting that once zipped closed, the top both sides are not sealed, they are open. I did my best to tuck the sides under the zippered top however that means you can't fill the bags up as you have to leave room to fold the sides in.Nice bags, just not the best.
