I work as a walking postie, taking 25000+ steps a day easily.When I start getting tightness and some (occasionally quite severe pain) in the area of my right Achilles I looked for a solution.These are the solution for me.Took a little bit of getting used to as things like this will have a knock on effect on the knees and hips etc.But the results were amazing. Wearing these keeps me pain free and fully mobile.I have been trying some other inserts for a while but I'm back here because nothing seems to do the job quite like these.Each pair of these will last me approximately 3 months. Which I think is fantastic considering the amount of walking on hard pavement I do which wears through the soles of shoes in less than 6 months

Yes these helped a great deal initially with the pain but the adhesive wore off and did not keep these heel supports in place and both slid down to the middle of my shoe within an hour. Disappointing!

Bought these as available next day and in severe pain and some five times the price available for delivery in few days, these did relieve a little of the pain but once the £25 ones arrived I never used these again they are no where near in the same league as the foot shaped style ones. I am quite a big guy and the blue higher priced ones were very good, if you are suffering pay the extra its worth it in my experience.

Purchased these on the advice of a physio as I had a combination of a painful heel, torn calf-muscle playing football, as well as plantar fasciitis for good measure. Instantly felt relief using these and so far has eased the pain considerably. For the money these are remarkable value.
