I got one of these and I must say, I yet to have any issues. I have yet to have the batteries die on me, and I never had the icups freeze or glitch at me. Any issues you would face is from user error, if for some reason your icups is not working I would see your local neurologist for a headspace upgrade.

As a fat guy sitting on a pastry, I realize how wonderful this product really is. It is simply pure communication. I'm am deeply ashamed and disappointed, I bought this product thinking that it would have software updates...but no. It doesn't feel right and its hard to work controls make it difficult to use.Don't get this product it looks like its paper but its actually a giant piece of crap I phone 5s
