Powerbass S10TD 10-Inch Dual 4 Ohm Thin Subwoofer

Ordered the sub early summer(6/19/21) and opened it to build an enclosure for it this weekend(11/14/21) unit was definitely NOT new. It was physically damaged, and blown to the point of the voice coil being separated from the cone. It’s outside Amazon return so I contacted Webtronix, who will also do nothing.I’ve been a car audio installer professionally for 20+ yrs and the subs themselves are great small enclosure subs. They sound good and are rated accurately, if not underrated a bit. I’ve installed over a hundred over the years for customers and have owned a few myself in the past with the only issues being owner related. This issue is from the supplier and I’ll be contacting my card issuer for a charge back.

Excellent subwoofer if you don't have much room or airspace, cafe in flawless condition

subs are a hit!!!! they provide a nice clean bass line with out all the extra ratteling . i had an issue with my first set of subs but powerbass took care of the issue.

Working ok, fits ok on my vette

I have it on the 5th channel of a Powerbass XAX-5670FD getting 320 W RMS and it is a perfect sub. I had it in a shallow-mount truck box firing downward and it was doing well, but a friend suggested I put it in a small sealed hatchback enclosure box (like the ones you can get for $20 at Walmart) instead and he was right! Those boxes are usually too small for regular-sized 10s to play low notes well, but this sub plays low, deep notes and enjoys doing it. The best-sounding systems are those where you can't tell the sub from the other speakers, you just hear clean music across all frequencies. If you need a shallow sub and can deliver 275-350 W RMS at 2 ohms, definitely pick one of these up. Even if you don't need to go shallow, this sub can blend in perfectly with your system and deliver tight, low bass for all types of music. Well done, Powerbass!
