MilwaukeeMC125 pH/ORP Controller with Mounting Kit, 0.00 to 14.00 pH, +/-0.2 pH Accuracy

First one arrived dead (unit would not even power on) but I returned it to Amazon and they sent out a replacement quickly. This new unit works great! It came with the necessary callibration packets (4 and 7) and was very easy to get set up. I run this unit 24/7 and have not had any problems for the past two months. It keeps my fish tank CO2 injector running perfectly and puts my mind at ease regarding overdosing.

I got the item a few days earlier then expected.I bought it for my swimming pool.The installation was simple. I made it exactly as required.The pH sensor is out from range and cannot be calibrated with buffer 7pH and also cannot be calibrated with buffer 4 pH. The adjustment screw-thread finished before I can reach value 7 or 4 in calibration process. I made as best as calibration screw- thread allow me, and compared to calibrated HACH pH meter. The difference was between 1.6 to 0.85 pH unit.The ORP sensor should not be calibrated, so I compared it to HACH mesurment and to standard +400 my ORP calibration solution. The MC125 show +246mv.The difference was 154 my less.I would not recommend to buy this instrument

I bought this in May 2014 for my reef tank and used it with my calcium reactor for a couple years. Now I just have it monitor pH. I calibrate the probe every 6 months but rarely had to make adjustment. Tank pH is measured weekly with an Oakton Eco Testr pH2, which is calibrated monthly with 4.0, 7.0 & 10.0 solutions, and readings always match. It's been almost three years and still working great.

The meter works as advertised. I've only been using it for a few days. Be sure rinse the sensors really well before putting them into your tank, mine had protective goo on them from the factory (follow the directions)I would also order a separate set of calibration solutions, the meter only came with 7pH, you will need both 7 and 4pH solutions to calibrate correctly. I am a little concerned about reliability based on some other reviews, but its doing the job that it is supposed to for now so I'm happy. (Still would have been nice to have the 4pH calibration solution included with the meter)FYI there are several models this meter, some of which don't have output relays to turn things on and off, read the description carefully.

We use this for our aquarium, with excellent results. The instructions aren't super detailed, but it was fairly easy to set up. Once set up it's been working consistently, fish and plants are all alive and well.

Prior to buying this controller I had owned a prior version of it that worked fine for about two and half years (6 months beyond the warranty) before it failed. I called the manufacture, and found out these things are not repairable. If they fail beyond the 2 years, you throw them out and buy another one. The service rep I spoke with couldn't tell me if the new version is made with any different components then the last one I had that might make it last longer. So I have no reason to think this unit is built any better then the prior model (basically just different shape and color). If there was a reasonably priced alternative available, I probably would have given a different brand a shot. But otherwise, its accurate and easy to set up and use. Hopefully this one lasts a little longer.

Excelente producto

I live in Costa Rica and just got home with the unit (had it shipped to our USA address) and the unit doesn't work. Will not turn on. I think they keep sending these bad units out. I am very disappointed with the quality of these units. Now I have to pay as much as I paid for the unit for shipping to get a replacement. I should have checked it before I came home. Very disappointed
