Love this ceiling fan. Looks great over our round table. It was a bit awkward to instal because the mounting bracket is a bit wider than the previous mountings. We Mcgivered a piece of flat metal stock;had to drill a couple holes for screws.. this go between worked great to attach the mounting bracket. Wish they included a part already made to bridge between existing mounts and the new fan mounts. . It all sounds tricky but it wasn’t to difficult to solve with a 6@ strip of metal and a few drill holes. It worked great. Very Cool that the LED Assebly for the lamp portion attaches via magnets... Very easy, just plug the assebly in and attach both of the LED assembly’s to the bottom metal disc/plate... then cover the LED assemblies with the circular slightly flexible plastic translucent/frosted bottom piece by slightly flexing it to fit in place. DONE! Looks great completed. Love that you don’t see any blades when it’s off. Just looks like a modern-ish style hanging lamp. We attached the remote control holder adjacent to the light switches on the wall. The fan works great! lots of breeze/wind. I don’t think we would ever need to set it on high. and it gets warm in AZ. One push and with a very slight delay the light turns on. For the fan, one push on low setting and its fully up to speed in 3 seconds with the clear blades fully deployed out.. quite a strong breeze on lowest setting. Very quiet too. Push the off button and About 15 seconds blades are fully retracted.

Customer Service was excellent!I was notified that it was out of stock but would be sent once the stock was replenished. Happy I waited.It comes with all you need except a ladder :-). I had an electrician install it.. not my skill set. It is exactly as described. Unique, quiet, the 3 different light hues are delightful. It is also a good size.I have had it for more than a year. Had a problem with the remote called to enquire about repurchasing another and they sent a replacement at no cost to me. Seriously there Customer service goes above and beyond, a rarity these days. So kudos to Bella and thank you for providing a quality item with quality service.

The media could not be loaded.  Summary: This excellent fan light circulates a lot of air with virtually no noise. It is far superior and was half the price of the fan light it replaced. Works wonderfully in my bathroom. It would be perfect if it had a dimmer function (it doesn't and doesn't claim to), a useful manual, and included a battery. More details follow below.This Bella Vista fixture replaced a similar fan/light in my bathroom. After three months use I can confidently state that ITS A HUGE IMPROVEMENT. The LOW setting on the Bella Vista generates plenty of airflow and it eliminated the condensation problem I had. And its motor is virtually silent (there's a very low hum but you can hardly hear it). It's amazing. The 7-year-old big box fan/light I replaced was twice as expensive, sounded like a lawn mower, and hardly put out any air.The shade is acrylic, but it looks like glass. The bottom two silver bands looks like chrome but its plastic. The only metal part is the ceiling cap and top band.The first day I used it there was a weird clicking noise when I operated the fan. That went away after I turned it on and off several times.Remote takes a 23A 12 Volt battery. NOT a AAA battery as referenced in a couple answers online. Found one at the drug store. I didn't know the battery wasn't included until my contractors were installing it and needed to test it. I had to run out and find one. An unnecessary hassle. Would have been helpful if it had been included.The included directions/user manual is neither clear nor helpful.Light has three settings. You have to turn it on and off to get the desired setting (daylight, warm, something in between). I don't think there is a way to just maintain one desired setting - you have to cycle through the settings each time you turn on the light, unless it happens to initially land on your preferred setting. So it takes 2 seconds. There is also a timer you can hit to run it for 1,2, 4, and 8 hours. That seems kind of pointless to me unless you were airing out a room while gone. Personally, I'd prefer a model that is dimmable to these other features. The daylight setting is perfect for performing surgery or helping to pluck ear hair. The warm setting is nice if you're soaking in the tub.Even though it is not wet rated it has worked fine in my bathroom. My contractors didn't think it was a safety issue and liked it as well.

Pros: Quiet operation. Looks fairly good. Definitely unique! Aside from the confusing safety cord, installation was fairly straightforward for a first-timer.Cons: Remote feels ultra cheap. No LED dimming! Annoying beep when first connected to power. I can imagine hearing this beep every time the power comes back after a blackout, but fortunately it’s very easy and cheap to replace the controller and remote with something a little classier if this ever gets irritating enough. Battery for the remote is not included!The manual has a typo; it states the wrong battery type. My remote needed a 12V A23 battery (the kind that’s usually inside a garage door remote). They really should put this info on the remote itself!
