Artology Sari Mini Comforter Set, King, Multi

I regret this purchase and might have known since there were so few reviews on this brand anywhere online. I liked (and still like) the design as it's slightly masculine. but the quality is not good. the maroon colored material is very thin and you can see the white insert through it in places. the insert it comes with is very poor quality and slippery, moving around a lot inside it. the material is not very soft at all and the worst part is that it pills up easily. it is now, after 6 weeks, covered in tiny fabric pills, both the maroon and the design color. maybe if this is on a bed that doesn't ever get used, like for a guest room, that wouldn't happen. also, pet hair clings to it.

I bought this whole set and absolutely love the quality, color and rich detail. Worth the extra money!!! I will look for Artology products in the future. If you're trying to scrimp -- you can get away without the sheets. They have lovely detail but they're sheets after all. The coverlet is particularly fabulous and well worth the price. The stitching and edgework is just beautiful!

We love this comforter. This one is a replacement for our original that our cats clawed a bit too much. It looks quite elegant with the shams, etsc., that go with it.

This comforter is disappointing when it arrives, the colors look rich in the photo but are a bit drab in real life. I sent it back.

Positives:1) Looks (and feels) expensive. I disagree with the other reviewer that you can see through the fabric -- maybe that was the old fabric they used and the new stuff is better2) Design is interesting without being busy or overwhelming3) Went well with my Moroccan bedroom theme4) Warm!5) Folds up well, and stays folded, at the end of the bed at night, and easy to make the next dayNegatives:1) Colors are much more dull than what I was expecting. It isn't white and a bold red, more like taupe and maroon. However, these colors are easier to maintain.2) Arrived quite wrinkled, and easily wrinkles if you lie on it3) Does attract and hold onto pet hair, but I also think this could be a positive because it forces you to be good about lint-rolling it ;)Overall, even though the colors are more muted it looks beautiful in our room, and I would not hesitate to buy this brand again
