Very unhappy with this pump. The impeller will not turn. The motor runs but the rubber end caps pn the impeller are too big to spin. They make it stuck in the cap and the back of the impeller case. Useless and very disappointed after I had heard such good things about danner pumps

Over ten years passed since I bought my first danner pump and it's still working well. So what can I say? Danner is Danner that's all!

I bought this pump because it is being used by some companies in their packages. Notably, CCH20. I installed it, and since the box did not have instructions, I made sure that I had water in the system, and plugged it in. It was pumping water great at first, I left it running for about 30-45 minutes and noticed that there wasn't any under current, I opened my control bucket and noticed that it stopped pumping water. I turned it off and searched the internet for an instruction manual.I found one and it had something about grounding the unit?, Anyway Sophia at Amazon customer service took care of me and I am willing to try another one. I guess things happen. Not a good first impression. I will update this review once I have tried the replacement for a while.
