Organic White Spelt Flour 1kg

This excellent organic spelt flour, as with all flour products during the current pandemic, is priced unreasonably high.A regular 1kg pack of spelt flour costs in the region of £2-£3, so we are looking at a 100-200% mark-up. Yes, I know this is an especially good brand but I'm sad that exploitation should be apparent. If I'm wrong, I accept my mistake and apologise - I'll wait for comment from the seller.Terry

My Wife uses white spelt flour for all except bread making. At a time of great flour shortage during lockdown and beyond, we found this brand of spelt on Amazon, so grabbed some. This gave us some top quality cakes, sponges, and hot foods, so totally recommended by us.

flavourless and doesn't rise well (this may be partly due to my yeast). Disappointed that an organic flour doesn't come in compostable packaging

This flour makes a really tasty loaf and is easy to work with. The packaging is sturdy and I am delighted by this (second) purchase.
