Moderno Kids 2017 Wrangler Style 12V Jeep with Remote Control, Leather Seat, LED Lights & 2-6 MPH Speeds

Bought this for my two-year-old's birthday. Overall, it's a nice car. It handles the grass and small inclines well. It has some get-up-and-go. I didn't rate it better for a few key reasons. First, the assembly instructions are worthless. They read like they were (incorrectly) translated from another language. It took us almost 4 hours to assemble. We're still trying to figure out why the headlights won't work. Also, the remote seems to have a slight lack in both speed control and steering. And it almost always comes to an abrupt halt. It is hard to control to slowly come to a stop. It doesn't seem to be that big of an issue though. As long as you have patience and an eye for figuring things out, I'd say go for it.*Update: The remote stopped working after about a week. This was an issue as my son was too small to drive it alone. I called the company and they sent a now circuit board and remote along with a new pin to install to help with steering. The pieces came quickly (at no cost to us) and were easy to install. The new pin was great as it helped the steering improve. The lag from the remote seems to be better with the new board. Great customer service!

First of all... TIRES ARE NOT RUBBER!!! There is a 1-2" rubber strip in the middle of the tire, which definitely helps. The instructions we received were COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!! I have never seen anything like it. On another note, once we finally put it together and my 3 year old rode it for the first time. He drove straight up our very steep paved driveway and it just bogged down a little. Then he took it around our turnaround which has another steep hill, but is all gravel. This jeep had NO PROBLEMS!!! Very happy that he can ride on the terrain we have, but because of that, he can only ride about 20-30 minutes. Still worth it.

Worth the money...however be warned: the instructions are awful. Instructions are all photo reference so it's very difficult to see when a washer is needed or the order of pieces is needed first. And the instructions skim over the wheel install section. So have patience, lots of wine and you too can get through the instructions.The jeep - is amazing. My son is 30 months and isn't ready to drive on his own so the remote is very helpful. I can drive the vehicle via remote in 3 different speeds, forward and backward and left and right.The jeep can drive in medium moist grass, minimum gravel grade, decorative hills in landscaping, asphalt, sidewalk and over landscaping edging. The jeep can easily (safely) drive over sidewalk ledges (6-8") and it stop quickly via remoteThe battery with high use lasts nearly an hour and it seemed like it could've gone longer but we had to head in from playing. That 54 minutes of high use was in fast and medium speed donuts in the dirt and cruising in the cul-de-sac.It is costly but great quality. The reason for 4 stars: poor instructions and the frame had a piece snapped off in the front upon delivery.I included a picture for size comparison (all children range in sizes so a gallon of milk is universally known) .

Don't waste your money. Yes, these look way cooler than the average ones you see at wal-mart but the quality is horrible. Shorts in the wiring, very little power. I don't think our son used it more than 4 months.Customer service is great when they can help, when it comes down to just cheap parts, nothing they can do.

I was very disappointed in this power wheel. First it's a lot smaller then I expected . The seat alone dose not give a good sitting area. Second the gas peddel did not work . When I called the number provided I was guided though working on it myself. It still didn't work. 3rd the remote control button were all backward I was told to rewire it . Really I just paid $400 . They r going to send me a new gas pedal . Which I have to again work on. Very disappointed . Gave one star cause I had too.

I would prefer to give no stars but that is not an option. Product does not work properly. Numerous phone calls have been made, numerous messages left with no response. Email was sent on Dec 10 with no response as of today Dec 31st

My father bought this for my kids. They are 4 years old and 9 months. The kids LOVE it and my dad can sit on the porch and drive them around. I would buy this again!
