It fits very nicely on my Ipad and the price was excellent. I tlooks like it could work for 2nd gen too as it has the camera cut out and such. I was afraid of not being able to plug in the ipad or being able to use some of the buttons but the cutouts are perfect and allow full operation of my Ipad. The only things I have an issue is that the speaker cut outs are not over my Ipad first gen speakers so the sound gets distorted and muffled and when carrying it by the handle you see it flexand seperate away from the Ipad. Those are just minor issues and other than that so far it is doing exactly what it was designed for which is protecting my Ipad.

We had a couple 1st generation iPads that we weren't using at all. Best trade-in we could find would give us about $50.00 each so we donated them to my wife's school for use in her classroom. These are nice cases with a handle for the kids to grab onto when they are taking the iPad back to their seat.As a side note, if you have a good working iPad that you aren't using, consider donating it to a local school. Most of the educational apps will run on any version (even the old 1st generation) and with all the budget cuts, the schools really could use your help.

What I received did not look like picture display. My product had one carrying handle, which I prefer anyway. But it's false advertisement. Product is hard to get iPad in, very very tight. Big I guess it's better that way so iPad can't fall out. It's very very secure. I agree with others, the back by the Apple logo is thin and not tightly fit, not very protected.

Nice sturdy case. I bought this primarily for our 2, 3, and 6 year old to be able to handle the ipad with confidence at home and for the occasional "bring your ipad to school" days for the 6 year old, but quite frankly, everyone in the house (8 of us) finds the easy grip and loops handy. It is also very practical how the rubber grip material covers most of the back of the ipad as well. Nice product, very happy.

This I pad was a gift for our grandson and was worried about it being refurbished but they explained what to expect as far as scratches or small dent and we were ok with that as long as it worked and screen wasn't broke ...... We were happy

This may be the last case I ever buy for my poor aging iPad 1s, and it's likely the best. Unlike other cases I've bought, it's neither too hard to put on and take off, nor is it so loose and flimsy that it offers no practical protection. I hope to find a product just like this for the newer iPads that will surely be hand-me-downs for my kids. Five Stars!

For the first time since I bought my Ipad I finally feel like I have a nice grip on the unit. Before I always felt like the Ipad would slip out of my hands or I would drop it. Not anymore. Love the handle. Fairly easy to put on too. I did have to buy a new stand for the Ipad because with the silicone frame, it was too thick to fit in my old stand.

The case as very think rubber bumpers which is good; however, I don't like the thin and flimsy rubber on the back. There is even a hole in the back rubber to show the iPhone logo and let in crumbs, dirt, etc.My kids have dropped the iPad a couple of times without damaging it so the case is doing its job.
