Apple iPad (iPad1 1st generation) orange most concern easy handling, the case with handle AGLOW GRAB

My toddler loves to play games on my ipad. I wanted a case that would protect it more than the leather case I had for it. So far, this has done the job. I like the handle on it... I can use a strap to attach it to the stroller if all other forms of entertainment fail! He has actually thrown the ipad on the sidewalk twice. (EEK!) To my relief, the case protected it. The back of the case is pretty thin, but it's the thick sides that protect the ipad from bumps and falls. It will not make your ipad invincible, and it will not protect it from water. But the buttons are easily accessible, and there's even an opening for the speaker. It fits a first generation ipad perfectly.Also~ it is very hard to find a case for the original ipad these days! This was a great price. The other options I found were much more expensive. We also love the fun color. It's a nice, bright orange. The rubber is pretty think, stretchy, and shows no sign of wear after months of daily use. I'm very happy with the purchase.

This is a well built case. Our ipad gets dropped by our two year old all of the time and the ipad is still in great shape. I don't necessarily use the handle all of the time so it can get in the way, but when I let my son use the ipad, the handle is very convenient for him. He carries it around all of the time and the case is still firmly in place. It's tight enough where our son can't remove case, but it's not difficult for my husband or myself. Plus it doesn't mess up the screen protector when we take it off or put it back on. The cushioning around the edges protect the iPad well, and still allow you to reach the necessary buttons except the headphone jack. Our son uses headphones with a bent jack and due to the extra cushioning his headphones can't plug in. So really I would give this four and a half stars, but unfortunately that's not an option. I definitely recommend buying this. Just make sure if you buy this case and headphones, make sure the jack is straight and not 90 degree.

This iPad case has been great so far! My son can easily carry the iPad around by the very durable loops on the case and the iPad is protected by the pliable and thick material. This case is good for adults and great for children!

I bought this case for my 4 years old grandson to prevent damage to his iPad because he had learned how to remove the iPad from its original case (which was bought for me; the original owner) and he had dropped it a couple of times. Thus this review and rating is given by my daughter based on questions that I asked her about the case once my grandson had used it for a week.Q: how was the fit?A: nice and snug. I could barely get it on so I know he can't get it off!Q: how is the opening for the charger-is it sized correctly ?A: Yes its sized correctly, but you have to pull it some to actually get the charger to stay in slot.I think they needed to have a bit less material at that part of case to make it easier to put and stay in the slot. I thought it was charging one night but the next morning when he asked for it I gave to him he was getting upset and when I checked it I saw it was still dead. Couldn't understand because it looked like it was in the charger slot. Then when I told him play with it while it was charging; it kept falling out. Then I realized what I had to do. But other than that I love it and awesome for little ones; it is truly not easy for then to remove iPad from. Give it highest stars even with that charger issueLol! I didn't do the sampsonite test.I think based on fit and thickness of material I am at ease knowing that damage is less likely now if he he did drop it as opposed to the black case (more for adults) we had on before.

I would absolutely love this iPad case, except it needs a little stand in the back to sit up. That's a big deal. I wouldn't order it again because of it, but love the case as far as protection, the handle, and the fact it fits the original iPad. My 18 month old carries this around and is pretty rough on it, and no problems (yet?).

There is no opening for the rear-facing camera. Nor does the screen protector have a hole for the front facing camera so the camera and/or video images are very blurry. Major disappointment.UPDATE 1-11-2013: Upon my return of the product to Amazon, citing the reasons listed above, Amazon has since revised the item's Title Description as well as the Product Description in the body of the item page by including the words "iPad1 1st Generation" - key words that were missing from the original item page (as evidenced by the original email and hard copy invoices issued to me by Amazon). Hopefully, no one else will purchase this case in error as I did.

If the plastic screen that covers the front had not scratched all up the first week, this would merit 5 stars. This has protected the ipad beautifully and is so easy to hold and carry. Everywhere I go, people comment on it. My school's colors are orange and black, so this fits right in.

Very sturdy & protects iPad well. Included screen protector is a little difficult to get bubbles out of, but it works fine.Great product for the price. I will feel much better about letting my grandchildren use my iPad. I didn't feel the old leather case provided enough protection. I think the handle will work out well.The orange color is especially good for kids. It is also available in black & gray.
