It's great for the price and easy to set up. Some cam's you have to pay a monthly fee to view your recordings or images. With this product you don't. Just buy a SanDisk. I bought it to monitor my front yard for dog poop offenders and not cleaning up after their pet. I also use it to monitor my dogs when I'm at work. I have it positioned just right in my living room window and can operate it from my phone cruising from the window into the living room. You can talk like I do to my pets and also listen to them. You can also take a picture of an image and share it on social networking sites. It doesn't work that great at night but it might be because I have it close to my window and it catches the reflection. Also works on WiFi. Overall, I like it and it was worth the price. I was happy with the support I got on some questions I had. I've attached a picture of my dogs that I took from the cam using my Samsung Galaxy.

Ok, I was skeptical, so many people having issues with so many different brands, I decided to try out this after reading and investigating other products. I bought 2 and just finished setting them up and playing with them, these are AWESOME!!! The night vision was fantastic (for a 15x15 bedroom), and the options for the camera were AWESOME too!!! Assuming these live for at least a year, I will be super happy (not sure of the lifespan on cameras). I will say that the cameras did not want to set up like the quick guide starts you out (with the sound), but after plugging them into the network cable I was able to configure the wifi and set them free! lol... Next I placed the cameras where I wanted, on the far side of the house the signal is weak, so be mindful of how your router is placed. I like the audio, it is clear receiving, but a little scratchy coming out of the camera (but still clear). Oh, and the software for the PC rocks! Very robust, so I can watch while working on a second monitor!!!... (but that is inside my network)... I wasn't sure how it would do outside the network, so after setting it up on my phone I turned off wifi and presto! It worked like a charm! No need to configure my router, I was very impressed! Another thing to note that I was not sure of, how many cameras can you view at once??? Well, on the PC it has an option for 16!!! Not sure if that is realistic, but on my phone it allows 4 at a time (of which I only own two), it played both my cameras over LTE without any issues, so now I know I can view up to 4 cameras while away, and monitor even more in my house, how cool is that! I have ordered another and will continue ordering more until I have covered every corner of my house!

This product is crap. I thought it had good reviews but after following the "easy" instructions it didn't do anything more than pivot and click. Software is an issue with this product. It doesn't recognize my wifi or the password the manufacturer put on it. It keeps saying incorrect password and server fail. There is no customer service number to call on the box. Sending it back. Useless paperweight.

Gave as s gift. Was disappointed the recipient was dissatisfied with item.

The phone app did not work with my Android phone. This is not indicated before purchase. Trying other apps to see if one will work.
