Not bad hardware wise. But.. The software displays that it's android 9 (pie) but when you trigger the version animation it's oreo. The OS is not pie it's a oreo that's been hacked. If you need pie this is not for you. Performing updates says none available so it's probably not coming to this device legitimately.Outside of that it seems to be a decent running tablet for my kid and that's what I bought it for.

So far I'm loving it😊 ***I am updating my previous review. I wrote that the day I received the tablet and had not fully checked it out before making the comment. Hence, "So far...." ;) I do still very much love the thing. I bought it to put on it all my music that I am digitizing from old cds. And, after buying a simple $5 cable, it plugs into the back of my very old receiver quite nicely! It's been great not having a huge, 100-disc cd changer on top of all the other old equipment--and without the expense of buying a whole new system. The "but" comes in here... Before transferring all my music on it, I went through all the apps and uninstalled those I wouldn't use and those I found suspicious. I was able to get rid of the few I didn't like/want, except for one: iWawa. I am entirely ticked that it does not give the option to uninstall. I did look it up and, frankly, cannot recall what it is for, but it is not essential for the system and should allow me to get rid of it. The only other thing that *really* ticks me off is that I bought this under the assumption that it is "new", yet when the light catches the screen just right scratches can be seen. It looks as if someone had one of those pens that folks use on tablets, because the scratches look like scribble. I do not want to go through the hassle of sending it back and I just loaded over 1,500 songs on it. But I do believe *I should be reimbursed for a portion of the cost, since it is *obviously not* "new". Other than that, the battery life is amazing. I had it playing music through my system for over 5 hours yesterday and the battery was still at 89%! So, I really have mixed feelings about this. It is great, but....

The only good thing about this tablet are how it looks, its pretty and the volume, its loud. Other then that it is a garbage tablet. I have had it less then 2 months and right now it is just frozen on the power up screen it will not turn on or off or do anything else. Before that it was maybe a 2 star tablet at most. NONE of my apps work right. My games freeze and just turn off in the middle. These are games I have played on androids for years and these are the 1st issues I have ever had. It also does not play Hulu or HBO even though Hulu is listed in the description for the tablet. It is cheap but should be much cheaper. It's pretty terrible. It is worth it to buy a better tablet.

This product is used for games. It is very easy to use and operate. Functions well and touch screen is perfect

Buying this laptop was a waste of money and my time it wont load my apps it's stupid slow and very laggy not worth the money the battery life is a joke I was so unhappy with the one I bought that it just sits on my shelf collecting dust thanks for nothing and I cant even give it any stars cant find anything good about this product if I can't get any other ap to work then I'm sending it back its a very lousy tablet I can't to anything with it and it keeps randomly shutting down on me

I bought this tablet for a friend in June. If it wasn’t for it bring to late I would return it! My friend told me her connection wasn’t good and I put it down to her Internet. Well I finally brought the thing to my house used my Internet and I was horrified!! Not only is the connection horrible but the tablet is slow and the connection is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! I believe it is not worth even the small price that I paid. I definitely do not recommend this to anyone

When I received the product it had a scratch on the screen but it worked. So I installed a few apps and started using it. Almost right away I started getting errors saying that various apps had stopped working. I had to reboot frequently to get them to go away. I reached out to the company and got the suggestion that I reset to factory. I did and then reinstalled the apps and almost immediately the errors started again. This tablet does not work in an acceptable way.

First off, I never ever leave a review. The tablet description size says 10" by 7.4" but it's actually 10" by 6.5". The screen resolution is not good and also not bad for China cheap tablet.The battery did not even last 5hours, I charged it when I received it said it was 100% charged, opened it to turn down the brightness and volume as well as vibration, it went down to 95% from 100%, and I asked myself what was going on. I downloaded YouTube so my daughter could watch some nursery rhymes so I could do some house chores, only for the tablet to go off, the battery literally went to sleep.I didn't even bother charging it to check other features cos I'd be returning it. Sad part is how bad I was looking forward to this tablet for my daughter.i wasn't expecting much but I wanted a battery life that would last at least 6 hours.
