Hayward SPX1600PN Swivel Nut and Knob Replacement for Hayward Superpump and MaxFlo Pump

The items worked well. They fit perfectly and were easy to install. Glad I purchased them.

The "inserts", sorry swivel nuts, of our pump had stripped out years ago. I never could find any replacements and didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new pump housing for just that so had been using a washer and 1/4" nuts to tighten the knobs down which required a "stop" to be put in the hole to keep the nut from free spinning. It worked, but was sooooo glad to find these. Back to normal operation as it should be!

One of my knobs got broken from hurricane damage. Although it still worked, since half of the top was broken off it was hard on my hands. This replacement is great. No more scratching and pinching from grabbing a broken knob.
