Solved a major problem!
This solved the problem of somebody constantly turning up and turning down the thermostat. Cut a senior citizens propane bill by 35%.

It's not tamper proof
We never had our heat regulated and moved into a place with this thermostat and we were told it's not temp controlled blah blah blah, where the thermostat is says it's 72 so the heat doesn't go up any further but in our living room it's 65 and cold. The thermostat has a battery backup so I took it off the wall and brought it to the coldest room in the house to get the heat to turn on. There's no reason our heat should be regulated when I am paying it separately from our rent and was told it's not regulated, but that's a discussion to have with our landlord. Just wanted everyone to know it's not tamper proof.

Easy to install works great.
My kids live upstairs and constantly turn down the air to mod 60's chilling parts of the downstairs and driving up the AC bill. Since they no one fessed up I found this online and now they can't turn it lower than 74. Ha Dads still have the upper hand ! Btw. Was easy to install. 20 minutes tops.
