Since the carpet has recently been replaced, it is necessary to remove the smell. I put it in my study and bedroom, but because it was through adsorption, I couldn't confirm whether it was as effective for a short time. So I would say my feedback is kind of netural.

These work really well. We rescued 5 kittens which spent only 3 days in our downstairs bathroom before we found them homes. That 3 days was enough for the smell of cats to permeate the whole bathroom and linger even after cleaning every possible surface. I stuck two of these in the bathroom and shut the door in desperation. After 3 days the smell was totally gone!

I just got these so I can only give it a 4 star. But I love the packaging and the concept. Whether it works I guess we’ll see.

Loved the package if. Simple, neutral color and looks nice just sitting on the table... scent is ok wasn’t sure if scent was coming from the actual bag... not bad so I pot one in several rooms and a small one in. My car. I even shared one w my daughter who had moisture in her closet! So far nothing I dis lake!!! Satisfied customer.😊

Bought these because they claimed to rid the air of allergens and odors .. they really do work so I purchased more for the entire house

The charcoal bags came as advertised. I have 2 dogs in the house so it sometimes smells like dog. This seems to help. The exterior is made of sturdy material so it should be good for awhile. The packaging says these should last 2 years if you recharge them in the sun once a month for an hour.

Got these primarily because my closet smells like gym shoes all the time (obviously because that's where I keep them). Nestled the largest of the set between a couple of pairs and within a day the smell was substantially less. I wouldn't say it's completely gone, but it certainly helped. Will continue to use.
