Best option for belt replacement on John Deere belt chewing mower.
Perfect replacement belt for a fraction of the cost charged by John Deere. My pulleys were never properly set and every time I use the integrated deck cleaning system, the belt gets wet and slips out of place and will get nicked by the pulleys. This shortens the lifespan of the belts. I either have to stop cleaning the deck or order a belt ahead of time. The OEM belt is more than twice the cost of this belt and doesn’t perform any better. Sucks to be me...New mower that chews through belts.

The belt repeatedly jumps off the track
Bought first belt, installed it, and every time I disengaged the blades, the belt jumped off the track. I bought a second belt from her. Same thing. Then, I went to Lowe’s and bought an original John Deere belt for my D100. It works like a clock. No more jumping. I wasted my time and money on these cheap belts. They were useless to me.

Bought this a spare and now it hangs on my garage wall. Not a pleasant job to replace, but I'm prepared!

Lawnmower Belt Fault
as soon as the belt ran for a few minutes the fabric covering was coming off. Belt was correctly installed. I'm concerned of the longevity of this belt. No faults were observed when taking it out of the package. Very disappointed. Roy Monk

Garbage- didn't even last 3 weeks
This belt is poor quality and will not stay in place. It is the proper replacement belt for the machine, it is just poor quality!

Not so perfect.
Well. I have to update my review of this product. I installed it and it fit and worked though for whatever reason the first time I used the mower it threw the belt about 10 min in. I readjusted the tensioner re set the belt. Lasted about another 10 min and it threw it again. Tried adjusting a 3rd time and reset. Lasted even less and when it threw it the 3rd time it bound on the drive pully on the engine and cut the belt almost all the way through. Ended up putting the 12 year old belt back on so I could finish mowing. Which I will add worked with zero issues. Pretty sad when the old worn out belt works better then the brand new one. Would not recommend.
