Nioh 2 (PS4)

This game is challenging, you have to be patient and know when to strike. This game isn’t for a casual player. I recommend playing the first one first, not because of the story. You can play this one without playing the first one, but because of the combat. Get used to it and come back to this one. Great game I recommend it.

Amazing game I loved the first one and this one felt like a polished version of that with an amazing character creation system that let's you edit everything mid game and let's you replay cut scenes so you can rewatch them with your spiffy character. Allows you to change the look of armor while keeping the stats which is a huge plus for me. Mind you this came is a bit more tailored to less casual players, as you will die frequently. Admittedly I would get frusted by the difficulty of the game as I could progress to high levels and have to notch armor stats and still get bested by a basic mob monster. Some boss fights seem almost entirely unfair with outrageous hit ranges and combos that seem near endless. This is sort of mitigated by the fact that you can have two helpers with you now, either two human players or one npc and one human, which make fights so much easier. The weapon and skill trees are a bit overwhelming at first, as there's about 9 different weapons, each with a separate skill tree and each with three styles of fighting. The main goal is to just pick the one that suits you the most and go from there. Overall this game was a great experience for me and would highly recommend to any Souls fan or anyone looking for a challenge.

The game is great, it's challenging but you end enjoying it, it is a long game too, so keep that in mind. Also, verify the game region cuz if you get a copy from a different region then you wouldn't be able to upgrade it for free on the PlayStation 5.

Ottimo gioco, avevo già finito il primo. Nei primi livelli la difficoltà è un po elevata, sia per la tecnica ancora acerba del videogiocatore sia per lo scarso livellamento del personaggio, è consigliabile fermare un po se si è bloccato. Per il resto bel gioco può non piacere tutti il livello di sfida è alto
