I haven't used any of these before. but I found they were convenient & easy to use and did the job. I used them diagonally in two cross shapes underneath my ironing board to secure the new cover avoiding the sliding mechanism that raises/lowers the height of the board( My board is 38cm wide and if you use them diagonally you get a good stretch on the cover to stop it moving. I have used the board for a few weeks before reviewing and the straps and cover have stayed in place

Good way of keeping replacement ironing board covers in place

These straps quality not bad but too short for widest part of my ironing board. The new cover is 55cm wide which just fits the board so ended up with no strap on that bit but used it to tension between front of cover and middle strap. The other strap just stretched enough for area at the other end. Just have to see how it goes when I start ironing. If you don't have an extra wide board these would be fine and good value.
