Works great, as expected. Hey, it's a lamp, so there's not much to go wrong, but it is a good one and at a good price. Used in a Sankyo movie projector.

Yes, these ARE the bulbs for a Dual 8 Projector!!!
The bulb for my Eumig S 510-D projector blew. If you do a google search for a replacement, you find suppliers selling them for $50. However, if you search for the specs of those bulbs, this is an exact match and was $10. I decided to buy three. If they didn't work, I'd return. But, popped the first one right in, fired up the projector, and it worked good as new. Better, even, since the bulb I pulled out said "made in W. Germany," was probably the original. Great light, no problems with the projector. I expect the lifespan will be as long or better than the original. Get several while you can, especially at this price. This WILL fit compatible 8mm projectors!

Bright and cool.
Bulb works great for my chinnon/Sears projector. Don’t touch the bulb with your hands. Use untainted gloves or like I use, latex. Moisture in your hands creates a moisture build up and ruins the bulb quicky

Very bright !
Super bright light bulbs.I replace my pool light bulbs because my original ones finally burned out after 8yrs.These bulbs are significantly brighter than the 71watts I had in there.It was an easy swap but I have to modify it a bit to fit.The bottoms on these are round and my original ones were rectangular.I have a Pentair color changing pool light.

Questionable authenticity & casts shadows on screen
Lamp arrived securely in a plain white box packed in a small corrugated box. OSRAM typically puts their brand prominently on products so I suspect this lamp is made by someone else.Seller was King Van Accessories.However, the worst aspect of this lamp is, as another reviewer wrote in June, the lamp filament and bulb tip cast noticeable shadows on the screen with my Eumig 610D projector. Unaaceptable.
