Necklace came with the chain so tangled up, that it took me an hour to get it straight, which means that there is no quality control involved at all. The rings have some dark spots on them (NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE). Also, the chain is way too dainty for all the rings that I ordered (5). Overall the necklace is pretty if it wasn't for the problems listed above. Not impressed.

The product exceeded my expectations for craftsmanship and the manufacturer was so professional, going above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my product.

Does not resemble picture of product. Letters are larger in picture. Too small to notice when I presented my wife with it. Made in Israel. I thought we were their friends !

The necklace was quite a hit. Seems well built and quite beautiful.

Very disappointed. The necklace is smaller than it appears online and the engraving is almost invisible. The chain is cheap with a clasp so small as to be nearly impossible to use. It became tarnished within a couple of days sitting unused. Delivery was very late - it took a month and a half - had no idea when I ordered from a Canadian company that the product was made in Israel. The seller did refund the shipping and gave me a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. If it wasn't such a hassle, I would return it.
