Buy another one, it breaks easily
Our brush broke shorty after opening the package. The clip that holds the battery in place and the end cap on was half broken. The clip will still slightly stay on however anything but light brushing will cause it to detach. The lights work but took some work to get them on, this is ikely due to the broken clip. I give great reviews to the company. We complained and they refunded us. No questions asked. I still use the brush but would never buy another one. It’s a pain. Get a sturdier brush, this one isn’t worth it.

Broke
The bottom piece immediately came off. It pops back on. I’m assuming it’s so you can change the battery. However once off it doesn’t really stay on. This makes it really hard to brush with this brush. As you’re trying to hold the brush while simultaneously holding the piece on. Just go for a regular wet brush. My child wasn’t even that excited about it lighting up so it definitely was not worth it for us.

Works Just as They Say
Awesome brush. My hair no longer breaks and frizzes when I brush it after I wash it. I am going to let my daughter try it and will likely end up getting her one as well. If anyone has kids whose hair gets knotty just “looking at url,” this is for you! The No More Tears will continue to be, even after the shampoo is rinsed from your child’s head. I mean it works great for adults too. I just think the kids will be more delighted by the blinking lights on the brush. Lol it’s a keeper….

Broken After One Drop
Just get the regular WET Brush! Don't waste your money like I did. The brush itself is great! It works great in my 3 year old daughter's tangles and I've tried many other brushes that did not work this well. BUT... please do not waste your money on the light up one.My daughter dropped this brush ONE TIME on my laminate floor in the kitchen, it popped the battery out and has never worked since. She didn't even drop it that hard or throw it, just dropped it. LOLI have tried fixing it every way I know how, there does not seem to be any missing or broken pieces, I've turned the battery over just in case I put it back in wrong... nothing, it just does not want to work anymore.And to top this off, it was the same day it came in the mail. Making a very sad 3 year old.

Don’t buy light up version!
In general, I love the wet brush. It is fantastic at detangling wet hair. My issue with this particular brush is that within a week it broke. I got a replacement brush and within a week that replacement brush broke. It’s because it’s this light up version. I thought it was fun and adorable, but the component at the bottom of the handle that makes it light up, keeps breaking and popping off. It’s really annoying. I’m just going to buy the plain old regular wet brush that doesn’t light up. Not as fun, but at least it won’t keep breaking!

Fix the light features
What I don’t like is my granddaughter only used for a few weeks and it’s already broken. We changed the battery still didn’t work. She loves it so much that she needs a replacement. Can you please send us the same item. Your immediate attention to this matter is highly appreciated. Thank you

Slippery and not durable
Doesn't have any type of grip and slipped out of my hand while brushing my daughter's hair. It is now broken and 3 weeks past the return date. I wouldn't recommend. I would rather stick with the wetbrush we have had for 6+ years that is easier to handle and is much more durable. Do not reccomend

Buen cepillo, pero los led no encienden
Como cepillo es bueno,Uso el cabello corto así que no necesito que sea muy robusto, desenreda muy bien, me gustó mucho el diseño, fue una de la razones por la que lo compró, é sólo un detalle las luces no encienden, no me parece tan importante por que no fue la principal razón por que lo compré, pero si es por eso que lo quieres toma en cuenta que puede que no encienda. Como cepillo lo recomiendo

Original y llamativo wet brush
Es bonito el cepillo, aunque creo si hay que tener especial cuidado con la parte transparente ya que se podria quebrar en la primer caida.

Esta marca es especial para desenredar sin romper el cabello seco o mojado, este modelo es muy lindo. Recomendado.

No sirvió las luces
Si cumple con la función que es peinar y desenreda muy bien a Mi niña y esta muy bonito, peeeero lo de las luces le duró un día, no le veo el caso
