This elastic is wonderful. I was hoping it would be stronger than what is on the paper face masks and it is. It is very comfortable behind the ears and goes back to its original shape after being worn/stretched. I liked this product so much that I came back to buy it again. I highly recommend it.

I love this elastic. I've been making face masks during the pandemic. Early on I use flat elastic which worked ok but some found that it hurt their ears when mask was worn too long. I found this elastic on Amazon & decided to try it. Everyone loves the softness of it and how well it fits. But most importantly it does not hurt behind the ears when worn all day. And even more importantly, it is terrific on children's face masks! My grandkids now wear their face masks without whining or complaining!!

I've been using this to make and donate masks. This elastic is incredibly stretchy, and durable, for the width it is. The round, narrow shape makes it easy for me to pull it through the side pockets I sew at each end for ties using a small crochet hook.Everyone I have had made masks for, young and old, glasses or not, has given me feedback about how comfortable it is for use during everyday errands and outings. For anyone that needs to have a mask on for longer periods, I recommend fashioning the mask to have the elastic go around your head, not your ears, to avoid irritation.The only downside of this product, for me, is that I have problems tying the ends together with my joint and nerve issues.

Ordered 200 m at the end of March for face masks for health care workers and essential workers, as well as compromised people, BEFORE the guidelines for all to wear masks. I paid for expedited shipping, but package still arrived late. I don’t think this was the seller’s fault, but by the time I finish adding elastic to the 250 or so masks waiting to go out, I’ll be out of elastic, again. Sure wish we could get international shipping working better, because I am VERY PLEASED with the quality of the product. Packaged in sealed packages zip lock closures to keep clean if you’re not using 100m at a time! Elastic is soft with 100% stretch, and good memory. I’d by more today if I didn’t have to spend nearly double the price to get it in less than a month.

I've made more than 8 dozen masks since the start of the pandemic and have tried numerous types of elastic. This elastic is the best. Very stretchy. Easy to work with and comfortable. A little goes a long ways.

I used this elastic cord on masks I have been making. It is so soft and comfortable around the ears! I had some other cordage but it did not have the softness and strength that this cord does. My daughters insisted that I put this cord on their masks, they agreed that is was super soft and gentle on the skin. I could not be happier with this product! I highly recommend!!!!

I bought this to make fabric masks. The elastic seems to have held up well and it’s gentle on the ears, with a good amount of stretch. Since I only make masks for friends and family, there’s enough here to last me a long while.

This is the second time that I buy these. Very good elastics. Soft and I wash them in very hot water and they still remain stretchy.

I have been searching for the best ear cord for masks since I started making them and giving them to friends, family and a business supplying food to shut ins. This cord is by far the best thing I have found. Thanks so much.

Elastic appears to be fairly strong, but if need be, can double it.

Thinner than expected so tends to dig in.

Great elastic for masks. They shrunk a bit in the wash but still stretch back out to the desired length.
