I was super excited when I received this vacuum. Much heavier than my last but the fact it could go up walls was a dream come true. Received May 11th and it stopped working three days ago, June 7th. Looks like the inner belt possibly came off track which is odd when it just runs on a flat surface. I just got a new liner too. I made sure the chemicals were at the right levels recommended for use and kept the control box out of the sun. Carefully cleaned the filters. Seller is in communication with me right now but after seeing another person's review about the seller couldn't help them I'm doubtful... BUT MIRACLES DO HAPPEN! Seller seems receptive to replace unit at NC. U[DATE: After two weeks of trying to get my mailing address to receive replacement proved fruitless due to Amazons policy not to let seller see buyers personal information which is a good thing but there was ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to get information to get a replacement and then they wanted my PayPal info for a refund. It should have been a no brainer to refund me via AMAZON well into the 2nd week - Lesson to be learned when you buy from THIRD PARTIES vs. Amazon I just got an email indicating I'm getting my full refund.

The main reason why I bought this machine is because its price is more affordable than the other ones on the market. I was impressed after using it the first time. It was well packaged and the directions were easy to follow and assemble. Our pool is shaded by oak trees and leaves always fall in. But this little change cleaned it up. It cleaned the wall, scrubbed the waterline, and picked up all the dirt and leaves. it didn’t clean the stairs that well but idk what would. I hope one day there is a scheduling system and allow it to clean my pool twice a week. But in the end, I am satisfied with the purchase.

We had been used this Qomotop robotic pool cleaner to clean our in- ground pool for these weeks. It did a great job of cleaning the pool, especially the waterline.The long power cord is simple to manage and does not get tangled. The way it cleans looks pretty random, but i just left it there. And when I came back the water was sparkling clean! This pool cleaner has two filters, which are easy to disassemble and clean with a garden hose. So far, it has been a worthwhile investment. If you are still on the fence, go get it.

I have a large 24x48ft vinyl pool with an 8ft deep end and a ramp going down to it. I won't say I was blown away by how well this unit did, it seemed pretty erratic on it pattern, but overall it would have saved me several hours over the summer. The problem was that it failed after the fourth cycle, one of the belts had fallen apart and I'm still not sure if it got off track and tore itself up or in it was just a bad belt. The seller was pretty responsive but they couldn't send me a replacement belt and rather than mess with partial refunds and such I opted to send it back. I've actually purchased a almost identical unit with a different brand name that I'm hoping will last longer. It's quite possible I just got a rare bad unit, so I don't want to tell you not to buy this product, it worked great up until it didn't, and the seller was very helpful, thus the three stars despite a not very good experience.

I love this robotic pool cleaner! It’s much healthier for my pool，The filters are simple to remove& clean. It is very efficient, the debris gets cleaned very fast! It’s a bit more expensive, but to me it’s worth it rather than using my other methods. Also it’s so easy to use! I just put it in and let it do its job. It’s fast and efficient and lasts a long time! It’s so convenient and cool to watch it go around the pool. It climbs the stairs easily and cleans the tough corners of the pool!

It cleaned the pool very well. Cleans the water line. The only con would be that it zigzags all over the place clean some portions 2 or 3 times which is not necessary. Could use a more advanced AI. But for the price it is great. It is better than I expected at cleaning.

The guys that open my pool were talking among themselves about pool robots and were in agreement the electric models tended to last much longer than those that hooked directly into the pool circulation system. After reading everything I could find, I decided on this one. I ran it for 3 hours a day in a 32x18 pool, all summer, 7 days a week, and never once had a problem with it. Saved me a LOT of time.UPDATE EDIT…. One of the belts broke and I have not been able to get it replaced. It’s useless after one season. Downgrade to one star.

We have a very oddly shaped pool that is like a moon shaped deep in the center and this thing cleans all round it with no issues. I put it in and set it on the 3hr and my pools clean. It picks up all the tiniest debris. To clean it I just turn it off and pull each basket out and rinse with a hose. Super easy to clean. I do imagine that sometime in a few years or so the rollers may need replaced and then I will have to buy a new one, but this was a good price and works as well if not better than a name brand one like the dolphin. It does not do steps very well so keep that in mind. But it does climb up the walls very well. Would totally purchase again
