A little goes a long ways
Mainly use for gravies. Wonderful to work with. I mixed about 1 tsp with carb free heavy cream and water to gluten free meatballs and left in slow cooker. Our daughter loved it.

Doesn't thicken at all
I have used other low Carb thickeners in the past and the result was similar to arrow root or corn starch this product did not thicken at all even using 4 times the recommended amount the only result was the stock turned milky in color. Don't waste your time or money on the crap.

Wish you got more
I have only used this once and I liked the result. I just wish the bag was bigger because it seemed like you needed to use a lot to thicken the sauce. I feel like it will not go very far. For what I paid for it I would expect the bank to be bigger.

It does help
This has no taste and does help to thicken. If you use a too much it will give you that coating on the tongue feel. I usually use only up to a Tbsp all told in a recipe. Don't expect it to thicken like a flour rue. I use garbanzo flour for that, which is fabulous! Not paleo, but I only use it on occasion. This product never clumps and mixes quite easily. NO taste and does not require heat to incorporate into the liquid. I only gave 4 stars simply due to the fact that you do need to use sparingly and wont thicken a large quantity. Otherwise it really is great.

Slimy feel after cooking!
I won't use it again, in fact, I'm going to throw it out right now.. I put a small amount in a large crockpot to thicken the "gravy" instead of the flour in the recipe (I'm allergic to wheat). It didn't thicken it that much and to me it had a slimy tongue feel when eating it (after cooking for a while), although my husband didn't say anything negative.
