Defective & out of date
Defective product. Seller does not respond to concerns. Do not buy this product. Pandigital went out of business in 2010, and there are no current software drivers available to download to make this product work with PC or MAC.Do no waste your money.

Very short battery life
This digital frame is not a good buy at all. You will be replacing the battery way too often and the battery will end up costing more than the whole unit did as new. Better of looking at something else.

Much better than expected!!
I purchased this at Circuit City for the same price listed here. It is awesome! The intuitive software lets you edit the original pix by cropping, reframing and rotating so the pix will best fit the frame. It will stand up as vertical or horizontal or the clear acrylic will come off to better fit in purse or pocket. The LCD is SHARP, CLEAR, COLORFUL and BRIGHT! I expected far less than I got! The salesman told me the Colby was as clear but not as large (1.5" vs 1.8") for the same price. It does make a difference! It will hold 51 pix and you can go forward or backward via built in buttons. Another nice feature; lower right corner tells you the frame number in relationship to the total number of pix stored so you can 'quickly' find a desired pix, e.g. 17/35.

Don't believe the hype of the 1.9 PAN
It really does NOT work.On yesterday I purchased my second one because the first one did not work. With my first pandigial 1.8 - I left it connected to the computer for a week in hopes it would charge. That never happened!!! Low and Behold & guess what???... the same thing occurred with the second Pandigital 1.8. To be on the safe side, earlier today I called customer service to confirm the time it should take to charge. He shared it should take 8 hours. (Note: The manual does NOT tell you HOW to charge it or HOW LONG.) 10 hours later, I'm checking the device. After unplugging it from the CPU, the LED shows - or rather flashes - low batteries and turns off. JUST LIKE THE FIRST ONE. What are the odds??.. Purchased at two different store and same issue with both.I called customer service again and talked to the same person I had spoken with earlier today. All he could recommend is I return the product back to the store I had gotten it from to exchange it. I asked for the return rate/review from customer service and he acted as if he didn't have a clue or a technical support department. The products looks good and features sound promising but it's not worth the trouble of having it. I've tried it for my husband Chrismas gift and now again as a father's day gift. If you need a small pocket digital photo, go with the wallet pics... I gave that on to a close friend and it still works after 7 months.DON'T BE FULL BY THE HYPE!!!

None of them worked for me
I originally bought this as a gift for my girlfriend, but a few days after giving it to her she told me that when she disconnected it from her computer it would flash low battery then turn off. Tried a different computer, and then exchanged it for another photo frame at the store where it was purchased. Same problem. Other reviewers have had similar problems. Seems to be an issue with their battery or something.Needless to say, I won't be lining up for any Pandigitial products after my experience with this one.

Don't Waste your money
This is junk. The other review must be a marketing person. I bought one and did not work, got another did not work! Call Pandigital and they were useless. I would not buy, recommend, or accept as a gift.
