Note, the 12866 is for 2.5" diameter and not 2.25.It is 5" diameter and 14" for the tube.Your 2.5" exhaust will slide right in, so you only need to get 2 clamps.High quality and although it is nothing more than a glas pack, it really does the job.I used it upstream as a resonator on the dynoflow cat back exhaust I purchased here.Really quieted everything down.

Not silent enough
Was looking for a midpipe to make my ride quieter, thought this will do it, but this muffler only lower the tone instead of reducing it.Anyway, the built of this product is great!

Loud and deep
Very deep rumble with these mufflers paired with a 3” x pipe. Lots of drone but it sounds so good I don’t mind. Best mufflers ive ever owned.

Good muffler but...
Definitely this is not stainless steel. It is made of 16 gauge aluminized steel.Aluminized and stainless are quite different matter.

Item seemed used and reboxed
No it did not the item seemed like it was used. Then reboxed. My wife wanted on her truck so bad. Is the only reason why didn't return it.

Good sound.
Used this to replaced a 3 year old rusted out TRD muffler on my 08 Tacoma. We cut out the old muffler and welded this in. Matched up the the existing pipes from my aftermarket TRD catback system. Definitely louder than the TRD system but sounds good.

Great product! Minor problems
The product came as expected, delivery was great.I purchased this for my 15’ Ford Fusion 2.0T, haven’t yet installed it (updates will be posted for sure).Reason why I didn’t give a 5 is because the welds are a little dirty... the muffler itself is in mint condition though.

Not too strong, not weak
This went on my 1996 F150 with 351W as part of a 3 inch mandrel cat back upgrade. It sounds amazing at every RPM range.

Loud and good sounding
The media could not be loaded. I'm not done I still need to build a tail pipe but so far it sounds pretty good video speaks for its self
