Very difficult return process. Your shipping costs are not reimbursed
When the bell arrived I realized it was too big and it didn't look nicely finished. I requested a return and was given a Norfolk, Virginia address (in the US). Spent $29.62 to return an item that cost $56.49. Didn't get reimbursed for the shipping cost. Had I known, I would have sold the bell locally and saved myself a lot of trouble. The US address is simply a place that receives items for the company in India. Amazon should be more transparent about the return policies of the vendors.
