Does the job, If you need the the full 55 pounds.
Like that it came in a 55 lb version. Bricks hard to slide out, due to tight fitting pouches. Wish the bricks were a smoother finish. I’m not that big, 5’6”, 160 pounds. Felt the vest itself was too wide, just goes over my shoulder joints. Screaming deal for less than $200. Best for larger framed users. Apex Training still gives it 2 thumbs up.
