Great I can by spelt flour again.
I was so happy to be able to buy spelt flour. I always use a blend of bread flour and spelt flour when making my bread and when I ran out and could not buy any in the shops I went straight to Amazon . I didn’t expect to find any but was pleasantly surprised. Delivered within 48 hours. Very happy with my purchase.

This is brilliant flour. Makes wonderful bread.
My husband makes it in our wonderful bread makes.Perfect every time. The bread almost melt in your mouth. Make it on an ordinary white programme, not wholemeal. The crust is so crispy, Doesnt give me gastric problems!
