My wife loves it for her chardonnay

My husband is a wine obsessed man and he has every wine gadget on earth. So when these came out, I bought them for him. He LOVES them. I bought him one of each kind and he said they really do enhance the wine. He has told everyone he knows about them and wants to buy another set.

These are fantastic wine glasses for cabernet sauvignon

I got the chardonnay glass. The brand and the word "chardonnay" were etched on the bottom of the glass. They also have glasses for other varietals like cabernet, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc and more. They kind of look similar. the etching does help to distinguish one from the others.It came in beautifully designed box that protect the glass and at the same time look attractive enough for gifting.The glass is very thin and clear. It is bigger and taller than the regular wine glass. Looks impressive on the table.Very beautiful wine glass. It is quite expensive but I think I am going to get the rest of the set since they look so cool. :)Update: 5/28/2021I had this Chardonnay glass for 9 months now. I have been using it about once a week for all kinds of wine, not just Chardonnay. It is still looking like new. One time I almost knock it off the counter and risk breaking it. I learned my lesson. I always hand wash it with care after use and dry it right away and put it back into the cabinet to keep it safe. If you love wine, you will love this glass. Just need to handle with care.

Sadly I am not a qualified wine snob, however, I do know when a wine glass brings an atmosphere and the occasion made even more special and enjoyable. This is a beautiful, unique glass with a real function to help the flavor and aroma of the wine in the wider bottom of the glass from other glasses. I also can NOT resist dipping my finger in the wine and running it around the rim to hear the glass sing to me. Has a comfortable and lovely stem and I feel like royalty drinking my good wine both the reds and the whites in premium quality Riedel German-made stemware.

I am an avid wine drinker, and I own 8 Riedel glasses (4 cab, 4 pinot) in the Vinum XL series. I need to expand my collection of white wine glasses, so I’m starting with this one.If you have never drank wine out of one of these glasses, please do so. You must compare these classes to what you normally drink out. The smell is so much different, which really impacts the taste. Until you’ve experienced it it’s hard to explain.I Will be buying more white wine glasses soon!

I liked the wine glass but it’s very delicate. I cleaned it with a sponge and it shattered. It is very thin and I would suggest using it with the utmost care when washing it or handing it. Wine definitely does taste better in a Riddell let’s for sure!!!
