Q-SnapFrame, 11 by 17-Inch

These frames are really great. They're a bit wider than the hoops, so are easier to hold. My hands don't start to cramp after a while. The aida fabric stretches out really nice in these, and it's so much easier getting the fabric locked in one side at a time, rather than trying to get the round hook over the fabric, lock it in, then hope the fabric is tight enough to cross-stitch with.

Keeps your cross stitch fabric very taut like a drum. Combine it with a cotton grime catcher you can either make yourself or buy and it will keep your fabric clean and always ready to stitch. I used to use a hoop....never going back to those again.

Well, I tried this as a cheap option starting out punch rug hooking but it's just a pain. It's easy to assemble but not sturdy or stable and will not keep the fabric tight enough no matter what I try. Sadly have to upgrade to a more expensive, but easier to use frame.

The idea of this is super. Much better than a regular circle, and also better than a frame you tack your work onto. I only wish it gripped the fabric just a bit tighter. I have to keep adjusting the clamps to tighten the work, but that only takes about 10 seconds. Would be nice if the clamp had some rubber grips on the inside to hold the work tighter. Those complaints in mind, I would still buy this again.

These frames have been a game changer for me! I've been through my share of homemade frames, wooden scroll frames, you name it. I finally switched to these and haven't looked back since! They keep my fabric taut and even and it's easy to hold the frame while stitching. My only small complaint is that one or two of the corner connections on the frame can be loose, but this isn't a problem once the fabric is snapped on.

The moment of disappointment came when I waited for my qsnap to arrive, only to find out that it was used? The sealing of it was horrible it came taped on the bottom and the label was off center. IT WAS DEFIANTLY used, I will be returning this product. I paid for a new product not a used product. Especially returning incase the qsnap was switched out for a fake one or qsnap was returned because it was lose, I just wanted to let you know that maybe buying off this listing isnt exactly a great idea.

I love qSnaps, but this one is a bit of a disappointment. The two clamps on the 11 inch side are so loose that they slide off. Brand new clamps are never this loose. It should take a lot of wear before getting to this point. The 17 inch sides are nice and tight.There is a black scuff mark on one of the longer clamps. This is a delivery issue. Both the mailing pouch and the inner bag had a hole from being dragged across something during transit, it appears. Doesn’t have an effect on functionality, but on top of the loose clamps it does leave an overall sour taste.No, I’m not returning because I need it for a project and it is workable.

This was listed as Craft Clip Embroidery Snap Frame Hoop instead of qsnap. And it holds better and is easier to use. Love it!
