as a large chested person, i always struggle to find bras that lift and shape but don't make my girls look twice as big. there is one bra i was able to find years ago from VS that checks all those boxes, but it is incredibly uncomfortable.i will say, im still not quite used to the feeling of this bra as it has more coverage and thicker straps than im used to, but my god does it do its job. i’m a 36DD-DDD and this makes me look at most a C cup. it lifts the boobs (YAY!!!) as well as providing a lot of support, and the material and straps are really comfortable.the only concern i have is wearing this with any shirt that doesn’t fully cover the chest. the part of the bra that connects to the straps goes up quite high, and i don’t know if i’d be able to wear this with a tank top or a more revealing v-neck without the bra showing.other than that, i really have no complaints! it feels sturdy, the wiring isn’t poking out, it stays in place, doesn’t scrunch up back fat, and under the shirt, it’s actually really flattering!

I bought this on sale for $19.99, though it apparently retails for $48. I bring this up because the price does influence my review somewhat, as I would be much much more critical about the "Cons" if I paid full price.Pros:-It does actually minimize, hooray!-Comfortable and cute. Some say it looks like a grandma bra but I don't see it...-Straps don't fall down, bra does not ride up-Does not bunch up and emphasize back fat or side lumps-Fits true to size-They make smaller sizes. Many minimizer bra brands only make 36D and up. I got 34C, which isn't very large but it isn't small either, and I have my reasons for wanting to minimize my bustCons:-There's only 1, but a very important one: You can still see my nipples through the bra and thus through some of my shirts. I totally get why they don't want to add padding, which might negate some of the minimizing aspect, but it's I can't wear a bra if it shows my nipples. Any shirt where this isn't a problem is usually loose enough where there's no point/need to wear a minimizing bra.

I have never had an issue with a bali bra. They always fit as ordered and are pretty to look at. I ordered 2, one in pink print and one called white floral. I just fell in love with the white floral. It is so pretty.The best thing about Bali is that they are trico. The smooth fabric feels good on the skin and covers well.As with all new clothing, I always wash before I wear. I recommend doing this with these as well. I think there is a slight odor to them, but I associate that with shipping critieria. As for the underwire, I have worn underwire bras for over 30 years. WHen you have the correct size, the underwire lies flush against the skin and the bra holds and molds the girls great.

Underwire moves around a lot, and I’m thinking after a few washes and wears the wires going to poke through the top fabric

Si te guías por esa tabla no tendrás problema para determinar tu talla exacta.

No me sorprende que no me haya quedado bien por qué yo jamás encuentro bras que me queden bien… este bra cumple con todo lo que dice la descripción y por eso le doy 4 estrellas pero a mi me lastimó la varilla abajo de la axila y me pareció un poco rígido.Fuera de eso creo que funciona bien y la talla de la copa es correcta.

Update: after looking at my other Bali bras, I am pretty sure it is the type of wire that is the problem. Bali has the 'new and improved' flex wire. I feel like the flex wire is not at all suitable for larger sizes. Nothing has changed with the other details - wire jabs uncomfortably, buckles to the side. Still disappointed.I have worn Bali bras exclusively for 15 years. They discontnued my go to style so I thought I would try this one. The bra is soft and made with quality fabric. However, the underwire is not great. It does not run along the majority of the cup and I had to bend the end quite a bit to mould it to my body so that it didn't jab into me. Previously, I have had zero problems with Bali bras, but the last two I have purchased have both had shorter wires in the cups. This was the least uncomfortable one, so I am keeping it...but, it is time to start looking at other brands I think.
