Caannasweis Grey Griddle Pan

This pan is sturdy and well made from the handle to the pan. WE had another and it was thin and warped after a couple of uses. It is easy to clean and fits perfect on our glass top stove. Perfect size for the two of us. We like is so much we bought another to use in our Motorhome.

I bought a second one because I use them to cook tortillas and I can do two at once. Pan heats evenly and is lightweight. It is a bit on the small side, but perfect for sandwiches or tortillas.

So far it has met my expectations and is indeed non-stick. It is lightweight it appears well made and cooks evenly. That being said I have already had to tighten the handle and the base of the handle where it meets the pan will turn oily in appearance and is actually wet under heat. It has not deformed as of yet and does not appear to be melted just be cautious of the area when cooking and grabbing the handle. Overall I would recommend it. I haven't had it long enough to continue further. Mine has not discolored with use however I mainly cook eggs in it as I use cast iron for the heavy-duty cooking

Pan is much smaller than I expected. Not a full size griddle. That's my fault for not reading more closely. I've tried other non-stick pans that claim to work with induction stoves (Copper Chef) and you're not even able to bring water to a boil. That is NOT the case here. Maybe have to turn the burner on 7 or 8 where a steel pan would be on 6. Not a bad trade-off for how non-stick this pan is. I cook bacon and eggs on a regular basis with no oil or butter and it is like nothing is absorbed or sticks to the pan at all. ZERO SCRUBBING. This DESTROYS my Circulon teflon pan and my Copper Chef pan in non-stick performance.

This pan is easier to clean than our pampered chef pans! It cooks food evenly and is a perfect size. The handle is excellent. We liked our first Caannasweis pan so much we bought this one to complement the other one.

The pan is the perfect size for me and the self-stick feature works very well.My only negative comment is, it was not the "caannasweis" pan as advertised, it was an "mg home" pan, and the instructions are in Polish. Fortunately I know how to treat non-stick cookware, because I do not read, write, or understand Polish. :)

Pan looked nice, but unfortunately, I had to return it because the handle was split on arrival. It seems others are having the same issue. The handle is made out of a plastic (looks like wood) and is a poor design as it's attached to the pan. The screw is either screwed on too tight (thus causing the handle to split) or it's just cheap material.too bad, I wanted to like the pan.

This my first granite griddle, and I wonder how I have cooked without it for all these years. I use a griddle a lot and, so far, this is IT. Even heat distribution--things don't burn like they did with other griddles. And so easy to clean! The only "flaw" is that the handle loosens, so I have to periodically tighten it. But I will continue to do that in order to use this great cooking tool.
