Works Wonders!
I started using prickly pear products after a couple of relatively major surgeries. I was very skeptical at first, but I am now a convert. Within a couple weeks most of my inflammation issues had gone away plus I was feeling much better overall!Since falling in love with prickly pear I have tried almost all of the prickly pear brands out there and Nochtli is by far the best. I had much better results with Nochtli compared to other brands out there. Taste great, unlike many of the other available products that taste sour or artificial flavor. There was a lot of information on the bottle, but I liked that it was 100% Natural. I also liked the thickness, it tells me this is a real product and not just water and sugar (the bottle says its 99.5% cactus and I believe that)I also like the fact that this juice also uses nopal in its formula. Non of the other products I looked at contained nopal with the prickly pear, however other brands labels were written very cleverly and confusingly to make you THINK they were using nopal and prickly pear.I rarely write reviews but this product has made me feel so much better I had to share. I also had GREAT customer service. They answered all my questions promptly and even checked back in with me. Not to mentioned shipped my product really quickly.5+ stars for this product.

Top quality, It does what it's supposed to do.
I have tried other products to reduce swelling through nutrition (as my doctor and nutritionist have recommended to me) and this product blows them all away! I did my research before purchasing and simply put, this product delivers. The main thing about Nochtli that I like is it isn't all watered down like its competitor's products are. If antioxidant / anti-inflammatory nutrition is on your mind, this is the product to go with.

DELISH! Makes my body and mind feel good!
Great tasting drink! I'm a very active 30-something female that loves to try a variety of activities, running, kickboxing, Insanity, spin, etc. After drinking Nochtli daily for a few months I've noticed a change in my energy level. And it's supposed to help my joints (knees please) :) I can feel good about putting Nochtli in my body since it's high quality concentrate WITHOUT fillers. I wish I could buy it at the gym too, but amazon.com has speedy delivery.

Good for Joint pains and High Blood pressure
bought it for my mum. she used another version previously. this one seems more concentrate and you actually see the pulps. she says it helps with her joint pains, and also lowers her blood pressure.

Surprised the heck out of me.
So a co worker kept telling me to try this funky cactus juice because I was visibly stiff and achy when I got up or had to walk. Sure enough at the end of the first bottle I started seeing results and by the time I was done with the second and on a pretty good schedule taking it, my pain level dropped to almost nothing. Before when I awoke in the mornings my hands were almost in a claw position and it would take a few hours to get them working. Now I awake and my hands are fine. Little to no pain in my hands, full range of motion, and I couldn't be happier.

I like this cactus juice
I like this cactus juice.Very good fruity flavor.Seems to help a bit with pain and stiffness.Although one bottle of this stuff is very expensive for only about a months worth of dosage.In my opinion over time cost really adds up.However I'd still probably get it again.

No more stiffness!
I'm 53 and I have no stiffness in the morning any more. I'm not sure if it's this or the krill oil. I started taking both around the same time.
