Exactly as advertised. Correct connections and seems solid. Hopefully I never have to find out if it works.

Get something else
The ground screw is very tiny and hard to get a good grip on anything. Just another piece of Chinese junk. Guess that's what I get for trying to save a few dollars. Going to get a Times Microwave or similar quality.
