Costa 10" Spaghetti, 2/10lb bags

I feel fortunate to have stumbled upon this company while looking to purchase spaghetti online, and I'm thrilled that I made the right choice. First, my family just finished a long-anticipated traditional spaghetti and meatball dinner that most of us haven't had in quite a while (we're Sicilian, so this spaghetti drought hit us particularly hard!). This spaghetti was just FANTASTIC! It had good flavor, cooked up very nicely, very low foam, beautifully al dente, and the texture and thickness was just perfection. Second, you won't find a better company to supply you with your pasta needs. It's very rare to find companies these days who go way out of their way to make sure the customer gets exactly what they ordered safe and sound, and Pasta Montana is one of those rare companies. I was floored by their dedication to getting it right. It's clear they value their customers' business and that their satisfaction is a company priority. I have already recommended them to family, a couple of neighbors, and will continue to let people know that this is the place you want order from for dependable service of a superior product to that of a conventional grocery at a very reasonable price.

I am a pasta fanatic, eat it almost daily, and was terrified of running out while sheltering in place. When I saw this offered on Amazon, I looked at the maker’s website. They primarily supply restaurants, and the ingredients are the traditional clean, simple, Italian recipe. I gave it a try and am thrilled to have found it. It arrived promptly, each of the two pounds sealed in plastic, almost every stand of spaghetti unbroken (which is amazing!). It cooked up as perfect al denté pasta, exquisite texture and flavor. I’ll reorder for certain. Thanks so much for making this available to us!

This spaghetti is amazing! It is just the right thickness and cooks up well in 10 min. Super delicious with any sauces. We've enjoyed it with Italian, Thai, Indian, Middle Eastern, and North African style sauces and found it to be very adaptable. We love that it came in two large bags. We were able to transfer it easily to a food grade storage and not have tons of packages or the resulting waste. With a young family in the house during the coronavirus isolation, we have gone through this pasta very quickly. Definitely reordering!

At the beginning of the pandemic it was hard to find pasta. I finally found this on Amazon and snapped it up. It is great pasta from the huge wheat fields of Montana. The 20 lbs lasted over a year and I decided that my usual grocery store pasta was inferior to this, so I bought another 20 lbs. I'm ready for the next round of being shut in.

When the Coronavirus panic hit, I tried several times to get ANY kind of pasta in the stores, and struck out time after time as thousands of people snatched up every package of this versatile staple from the shelves. Seems I was not the only one scrambling to find easy-to-make meals I could cook without a tremendous amount of skill or ingredients. As a long shot, I went online and found this, thinking my order would be cancelled at any moment due to the world pasta shortage crisis, and consoled myself by asking what the heck was I going to with with 20 lbs of spaghetti, anyway? I figured I could donate half to a local food bank, but food banks don’t want actual food, they want money because of the colossal effort they have to go through to verify it’s not expired, then decontaminate, repackage, and distribute it. So when my box finally arrived, it was indeed 20 lbs of quality pasta straight from Montana, the new pasta capital of the world, at least for the purposes of this review. And it’s ALL MINE. We’re set for spaghetti for at least 6 months, I’m sure. At the very least, when the world governments collapse from this and we have to revert back to a barter system economy, I can trade pasta for toilet paper. Pound for pound, I think I got a better deal. ;-)And if we do all survive this ridiculous mess, I won’t hesitate to order from this company again.

This stuff is delicious! My new favorite pasta! Cooks up perfectly al dente with no fuss. It keeps its texture even as leftovers, without getting mushy or gummy like most grocery store pastas. I notice there's hardly any starch in the water after the pasta is cooked, due to the high quality semolina. It doesn't clump or stick and takes both thin and thick sauces perfectly!

One of the 2 packages was a little ripped and messed up but I knew I'd probably still use it so I didn't ask for a refund. I am usually a one-brand pasta buyer but I needed spaghetti and locally couldn't find any, so I ordered online and I was really surprised that it's pretty good. I think I like it better than the brand I was buying!
