4G LTE GoCam Wireless Trail Camera with Mount, AT&T

Even though we generally have a weak AT&T signal, this little camera found a signal quickly. It took about 15 minutes to set up and connect with the app. I'm happy with the photo quality and the sensitivity.

Bought for my boyfriend as a christmas gift. Perfect deer camera.

If you’ll read their warranty carefully “these cameras are water resistant but not water proof” also if you don’t register it within 30 days the warranty isn’t valid. 2 months of use and it malfunctions due to water getting inside. Now I’m out $300, buy something else.

These cameras (I own 6 of them now) are very easy to use and are well designed. They take excellent photos and the app is pretty good but for a few quirks. I can recommend the hardware whole heartedly but when it comes to customer service, Spartan has a lot to learn. There are so many game cameras out there now that you can probably find one of equal value with a service team that actually cares about its customers. Spartan does not.

I normally do not leave reviews, but the customer service is so bad I just wanted to warn everyone. Spartan customer service takes days to return telephone calls. I have e-mailed them and at the time of this review have not received a response.

Couldn't get the camera to set up correctly even with a phone call to Spartan. They need to go back to the drawing board for the user interface as it is very lacking.
