The multigrain bread is fabulous and the cookies are amazing. I thought the sourdough was a little gritty and crumby. I haven't used the mixes yet, but I will definitely order from them again! I made the pancake mix and it may depend on the milk you use, but I had to keep thinning the batter to get it to spread on the griddle. Also, these burn very easily, so keep your griddle heat lower than you would normally set it at when making pancakes. I uesd maple flavoring in the batter, and even made some mini pancakes to make the breakfast sandwiches like the restaurant does. They taste pretty good, too!
