TatcoVisitor Arrival/Departure Chime

We needed an instruction booklet included in the shipment. There was no guidance location about were to place the Chime. Need lower volume choice.

The chime sound is not too loud, but loud enough to hear it from my back office. This was our second door chime we purchased because the first one sounded like an ill goose. I'd highly recomend it!

Maybe it's because we tested it in a place of business that is full of light (and the chime is light-activated) but when put on the "low" setting, the chime would not stop going off; this product is completely defunct as far as a place of business goes. In fact, even when held completely still, and we covered the sensor with our thumb, the chime continued to go off repeatedly when on "low."Do not buy if you're looking for something to alert you when customers enter or exit.

I purchased this door chime to use in my office located in a strip mall. If a car drives by this door chime goes off. If someone even walks past the door the chimes goes off. This is not worth it.
