Bed came and was delivered by XPD, i was a little nervous as this company has bad reviews but the driver was incredible and even offered to take away the cardboard for me!Putting together the bed was a breeze, paper instructions came but there was also a link to a youtube video which was so easy to follow along with, i had the bed built within an hour with some help on parts hard to do.The storage under the bed is just amazing, if you elect to put the feet on, you gain alot of height room too which is perfect for storing boxes in. One word of advice, the beds bottom is a velcro piece of fabric, but if you drill the feet into the bed through the velcro, it will not come apart when using heavy stuff for storage.The hydrolic system to lift the bed is decent, it is abit wobbly but nothing to be too concerned about, it works brilliantly and is not too heavy to lift. My only real downside about this bed was the slats. Once fully built a few of them did break due to a manufacturing issue, however, Aspire Beds were fantastic and offered to refund me the difference on a set of IKEA slats which i could get on the same day as contacting them due to their warehouses being shut due to bad weather. They issued the refund almost instantly once showing them the price.I cannot reccomend this company enough, this level of customer service is just brilliant and the overall experience with dealing with Aspire Beds has been pleasurable.Fantastic bed, Fantastic price, Fantastic company.

The bed frame is great value for money. It looks better than I expected in the room and the material appears to be quite durable. I had to clean the bed with an upholstery cleaner after assembly as it arrived dusty and dirty, presumably from the manufacturing plant prior to being packaged.The headboard isnt very "plush"/padded.Colour varies slightly from the colour pictured but that is to be expected.Assembly is quite complicated, however not impossible.Great storage space under the bed and the piston system makes it really easy to lived the bed up to reveal the ottoman storage solution.My main issue with this bed is that the bottom of the ottoman storage solution isnt solid, it is solely a piece of material which covers the bottom. This means the bottom of the bed sags as soon as anything substantial is placed in it.Overall, for the price, it is worth the purchase.

I bought the item 2 months ago,Easy to use. I did it by my self and alone. A week later i ordered another one. Look good. Valule for money, very happy with the purchase.

I was a bit afraid of purchasing a bed on the internet, but I am very happy with my decision. The bed is steady, there is a lot of storage and it’s also nice to look at. It is a bit of hard work to build, but that’s only due to the fact that it’s a big piece of furniture and not a “toy bed”. I had a browse around (internet and shops) and I can confirm that a bed with storage is much more expensive that this. It was also delivered way before the estimated date. I’m very happy, thank you!

We needed the bed quicker than the delivery window so rang Aspire before ordering. Aspire were very helpful and despatched as soon as they got the order meaning we got it when we needed it. Fine to put together - like all self-assembly furniture you are intimidated with all the bits and pieces and cannot imagine how you will do it all and, when you have finished, wish you could do another three as you could do it in a fraction of the time: the video was useful in helping put it together and i checked it so many times during assembly. If you do get something worng in the assembly you can unscrew and re-do it the right way (unlike some self-assembly stuff where ypu only get one chance). As others have said putting the feet on was not as easy as implied but only needed a bradle (all other tools included). The base of the storage space under the bed is held on with velcro so will not take a lot of weight. The lifting mechanism is very good - opens and closes with little effort. Really happy with the quality of the bed. And it looks very smart - everyone in the household is jealous and have suggested we should swap it with their bed.

A shambolic experience from start to finish. I ordered the bed along with assembly. On the day of delivery Amazon emailed and cancelled the bed assembly service with no explanation. I phoned the supplier directly who told me that they don't deal directly with customers so if wanted to resolve the missing assembly problem, I'd have to return the huge boxes to Amazon, seek a refund and then reorder requesting assembly again!!. I opted to have a go myself. Big mistake. It took me 7hours to assemble. The images on the instructions are so tiny that it's difficult to see which components fit where. I put the bed together and took it apart twice because it was incorrect. The tools are poor quality, the screws strip very quickly and although the bed looks nice, it's extremely flimsy. Be warned: there is NO base to this ottoman bed. There is just fabric which velcros to the base of the bed. It's not going to hold anything this way. To store my heavier items I had to forego the velcro fabric and thus, items can be seen at the base of the bed. You certainly get what you pay for and the compromise on the cheap price is this bed is flimsy and has no base boards to hold the storage items. Really disappointing customer experience.

Easy to use instructions but when it comes to the lift up bit, it’s quite difficult. You need lots of patience as lots of bits to put togetherGood value though and the head board is nice if a bit short, could have been a bit taller. Give yourself a day to get it all together right
