Buy another.
Very frustrating set up. Nothing seems to work even after paying for a plan on a SIM card. Very unsatisfactory. In 2020 devices should not be this hard to set up. You can’t even adjust the time. Contributes to say device offline yet can receive calls. It makes no sense. Choose another brand with actual helpful instructions.

Don’t buy
Horrible advertisement and description. Only works if you buy the SIM card but the SIM cards don’t support 2G anymore and the company is no help when trying to set this up. I returned after a week of trying to figure out how to get it to work. Suggest getting one through your cell phone service provider unfortunately

Doesn't come with instructions on how to use.
The watch looks very nice and is well made. However we can't use it because there's no instructions on how to get it to work.

White Screen DOESNT WORK
Delivered white screened. DOES NOT WORK. Paid for a year service and it comes out of the box malfunctioning.

Don’t do it!
If your looking for something to keep an eye on your child this isn’t the watch you want. I am very disappointed it doesn’t do what it says on the ad. I am thinking of returning it that’s how disappointed I am in this watch

This thing is a total piece of garbage! Very cheap, the instructions even have multiple typos and horrible grammar!
