OMACRoof Rack Cross Bars Set for Ford Flex 2009 to 2019, 165 Pounds, Adjustable, 2 Pieces, Black

I purchased the cross bars for a 3 month cross country trip. The bars remained tightly attached despite fairly high speed driving. My only complaint is that the black plastic end caps are not a tight fit. One blew off and two others were loose creating a lot of wind noise. I would like to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get a replacement set.

Does not fit the roof rails that came with my 2014 Ford Flex. I have the rails that came with the new car as part of the package, not aftermarket from the dealer. You can see in the photo that there is a gap between the attachment bracket and the roof rail when the top of the attachment bracket is horizontal to line up with the crossbar. When the gap is removed and the attachment bracket is flush to the roof rail the attachment bracket is aimed upward, which would not align with the crossbar. In addition the end of one of the aluminum cross bars came crushed which would not allow the plastic and piece to be put on. Make sure you check for this type of damage when you receive the assembly. The overall quality of the assembly is good but it just doesn't fit. The Dorsal cross bar pads do fit on these cross rails.

Looks good. Strong enough to haul a Thule box across the country and back at 80 mph. Does make a howling sound at times.

The roof rack is great except one of the four end caps for the cross bars is broken. The lock does not turn so it cannot be installed.

We had been searching for crossbars for our Flex and had some trial and error and returns. THESE DO FIT the FLEX - which is great. They are generally a logical install (not too difficult to understand) but not as easy as "pop on, pop off" which is kind of implied in the descriptions. Well made, quality. We are happy with them.

Installing it was not that easy and I had to remove a part to make it fit. It said it would fit a 2019 Ford Flex but I had difficulty getting it to attach correctly. But overall they work for what we needed them for.

This product came on time and works as it should.

This product is specifically advertised to fit a ford flex. The contour of the mounting bracket is significanly different than the factory rails of the flex. This results in a significant gap between the bracket and the rails causing the bottom lip that is suppose to wrap under the rail to have very little contact. After Installation as per instructions it does not fit securely. Unless you are willing to do some modifications to have this fit more securely, DO NOT BUY THIS FOR YOUR FORD FLEX. That being said, the overall quality of this rack system seem very solid, finish is also nice. This would be a decent rack for a car that is a better fit.

Overall product is decent. Fit is not completely perfect, but for the price point is certainly a good option if you want to avoid the more expensive brands. There were some manufacturing defects as shown in the picture but I was assured that they wouldn't impact performance. Customer service was attentive and answered questions quickly.Install was fairly straightforward and I did it all in about an hour without rushing.If you are ordering from Canada expect an additional border fee from FedEx.If not for the factory defects I probably would have given a fifth star.

Great these fit my 2009 Ford Flex Factory raised roof rails perfectly ! I was not sure but took a chance and they are awesome
