We got these for our grand children. Of course, we had to play with them to make sure they worked. The sound is very clear, and the operations is easy. I think this is a great gift for young children. The price was just right, too.

Great for my kids
I got these for my 6 year old. She loves them. Good reception, but we have only used them around the house so far. The talk button is on the side and easy for her hands to reach and use. My only minor quibble is that the volume doesn't turn down very low. It is loud, louder, and super loud as option. So, if you're in it for fun these are great. If you're working for an international spy ring, probably not the best option.

They seem to work ok. I Can't find the instructions. I think they got thrown out. So i need to figure out how to adjust the volume. You would think the would be a simple function. I haven't used them outside or gone for distance. I bought them for my four year old son so we can talk to each other in the house. Like hid and seek or if he is watching a movie downstairs. For that purpose they work great.

Kids love them
Bought these for my twin 6 year olds. They love them. I have only used them within the house, but with that limited range they were great. I can't speak to a larger range or outdoor use, but for my purposes, and at that price, they're a great value.

Really nice Walkie Talkie
Really nice Walkie Talkie. The controls were a little tricky to figure out but once we figured out how to set the volume they were great. My 8yr old son loves them. They also do not have the static noise that you get with most cheep Walkie's which I have always found annoying. Nice product.

Good but quality control issues
Ordered 8 for gifts at xmas but 2 of the 8 didn't work. Returned and got replacements but I would be a little leery with 25% failure rate if only ordering one or two.

My 5, 6, and 9 year olds have thoroughly enjoyed playing with these. There is a long range to be able to talk and hear each other. My kids have used them from upstairs to downstairs in our house without any reception problems.

Work great
We've been completely happy with this purchase. We tried a kid toy walkie talkie and they just didn't work at all. We got it for our 7 yr old. Works great, so far we've tested it from 1/2 mile away and it still comes in loud and clear. He loves using it, even my 2 year old wants to try.
