It's ok for the money but be aware that the flap is very light weight so easily opened by the wind.To reduce this somewhat I have added some small magnets to the flap to give it a bit of weight and reduce the amount of time it is open due to outside weather conditions.

Neat and tidy finish
Shower hose vent was redirected through the eves .So had to cut a round hole in the plastic under the gutter.Easy to fit looks very tidy.

Not good for external walls
Not good for external walls, rain water will pass trough.a pair of gravity flaps will solve this issue.

Perfect
I bought this vent for a tumble dryer. I was concerned about our eight legged friends getting in but no worries with this. It’s easy to install and the fact that the mesh can be accessed from the outside for cleaning if necessary is great. Although removing the grill will have to be done carefully. I’ve only used the dryer once so far for testing and all looks good.
