We really needed this book !
Dr. Wishne has done a great job in comprising a book that helps Podiatrists in practice. He has a proven methodology that brings success to your door step. The book is well written so it is an easy read and filled with a lot of valuable information. I would recommend this book for those podiatrists starting and if you have been in practice for awhile. It is not just for podiatrists; also other medical specialists in private practice and their practice administrators. I am sure you will enjoy this book as much as I did

*** Addendum - Well we sold our practice and home. Bought a home and opened a practice in a brand new area and opened June 1st 2021. As of this writing we are 2/3rds of the way thru May 2022 we had 55 visits last week, already have 51 visits book for next week, and are on track for more than 230 visits this month. With the current number of new patients we are on track to have 280 visits per month, and our referral base is still growing. Invaluable insight and guidance
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Dr. Wishnie’s book. As a podiatrist with 27 years of experience in private practice I was astounded as to how much useful information was presented. Dr. Wishnie has performed a great service sharing his insight. I wonder where I would be right now had I come across this information 27 years ago! The book is an easy read, but I know it will need to be referenced often as I put his recommendations into practice. Now the real work begins….

Must Read It
This book was long needed in the Podiatry industry. Finally, it is here to provide helpful and practical guidance to build a successful, profitable medical practice and prevent loss from trial and error. As a billing company, I have witnessed Peter Wishnie and the Top Practices working one-on-one with medical podiatrists coaching and supporting their success and growth. Highly recommend the reading.

A must read for any new Podiatrist starting out
Well Neither residency nor fellowship taught me the business aspect of my profession. So when the covid lockdown happened I went and bought a bunch of books to read. This little red gem was an eye opener! Dr Wishnie is very methodical and guides you every step of the way from setting up protocols to follow in your clinic to maximizing collection and revenue. It’s a quick read and a must for any new podiatrist starting out.

Read it and then read it again!
Incredibly valuable if you have been in practice or thinking about starting a medical practice. I have been in practice for five years and was looking for a change. This book helped me discover the value my medical career and business can and should be providing me. I love to read and this book earned its place on my night stand as one to re-read and review. It’s that valuable!

Best Podiatry Business Management Book
This book is a must-have for anyone who owns a podiatry business or is even thinking about opening an office. I wish this book was available when I opened my office! It would have made my life much easier!If you are new to the game, this is a book should be read and read again. You will pick up so many pearls. From how to get your first patient in the door, to hiring your first employee, it all here. You will be able to build a very sturdy foundation for your business with this information.Dr. Wishnie takes the time to explain and provide excellent examples of systems of any business. He provides valuable checklists that you can incorporate right into your office today.I enjoyed going through the finer details to see what my business needs improvement in and it was also nice to see what I am doing right! This book will definitely wow you!

I bought this book to learn more about being a business owner and running a successful podiatry business. Inside are many interesting and exciting ideas, tips and practical advice that can be implemented today and get you moving towards that successful business that is fun and makes you happy. I’m reading it a second time!
