Returned - could not load pictures.
Could not get past error messages to load pictures. Seems incompatible with Windows 10. Had to return as unable to use

Get another frame...Buyer beware!!!
Save your money...It doesn't work and the company is out of business so you are on your own. I did not buy from Amazon but I do own this and have never been able to load one pic on it .

disappointed at best
I did NOT purchase this frame on Amazon. It ONLY works while it's hooked up to the USB and plugged into my computer. I see no way of opening the back so I can change the battery.The software is easy to install and work. I do recommend uploading widescreen type photos ONLY because regular size photos will get stretched to fit the screen and look weird.
